Order Processing

Each Forever Crowned™ order is carefully prepared and packed before shipment. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, additional processing time may be required. We sincerely appreciate your patience while your order is being prepared.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s destination, weight, package dimensions, and available delivery method. Your complete shipping charge will be displayed before you submit payment.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. To request a correction, email support@mainlymelanin.com as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing has begun. If an order is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, an additional shipping charge may be required before it can be resent.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows a delay, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery and contact the carrier directly for the most current information.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, email support@mainlymelanin.com with your order number and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps. Please note that carrier operations and final delivery outcomes are outside our direct control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please email support@mainlymelanin.com immediately to request an order change or cancellation. We will make every reasonable effort to assist, but requests cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
