What is the recommended order for using Forever Crowned products?
Begin with the Velvet Shower Mousse™ to cleanse. Follow with the Royal Renewal Body Polish™ when exfoliation is needed. After bathing, apply the Whipped Body Soufflé™ to moisturize, then finish with the Nourishing Skin Nectar™ to seal in softness and leave the skin glowing.
Can I use the products individually?
Absolutely. Each Forever Crowned product is designed to create a beautiful experience on its own. However, using the complete ritual allows the formulas to complement one another for softer, smoother, more nourished-looking skin.
How often should I use the Royal Renewal Body Polish?
We recommend using the body polish one to two times per week. Sensitive skin may prefer once-weekly use. Avoid exfoliating broken, irritated, sunburned, or freshly shaved skin.
Can the Velvet Shower Mousse be used for shaving?
Yes. Apply a thin, even layer to damp skin and allow the creamy lather to soften the area before shaving with a clean razor. Rinse thoroughly afterward.
Should I apply the Whipped Body Soufflé or Nourishing Skin Nectar first?
Apply the Whipped Body Soufflé first, then layer the Nourishing Skin Nectar over it. Applying both to slightly damp skin helps preserve moisture and creates a soft, luminous finish.
Do I need to use every product each day?
No. The Velvet Shower Mousse, Whipped Body Soufflé, and Nourishing Skin Nectar may be used as often as desired. The Royal Renewal Body Polish should be reserved for occasional exfoliation.

Are Forever Crowned products created for melanin-rich skin?
Yes. Forever Crowned was created to celebrate and care for melanin-rich skin through nourishing textures, radiant finishes, and an elevated body-care ritual. The products may be enjoyed by all skin tones.
Do you offer products without added fragrance?
Yes. Bare Royalty™ is our fragrance-free collection, created without added fragrance. Because it contains naturally derived oils and butters, a faint natural aroma from the ingredients may still be present.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin sensitivity varies from person to person. Those with sensitive skin may prefer Bare Royalty™ and should perform a patch test before full-body use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Are Forever Crowned products vegan and cruelty-free?
We believe product claims should be accurate and transparent. Confirmed vegan and cruelty-free information will be displayed on each individual product page based on the finished formula and supplier documentation.
Do the products contain parabens, phthalates, or sulfates?
Any confirmed free-from claims will be listed on the individual product page. We do not make broad ingredient claims unless they are supported by the complete formula and supplier documentation.
Why might the color, aroma, or texture vary slightly?
Forever Crowned products are created in small batches. Natural ingredients, seasonal temperatures, and hand-whipping may cause slight variations in color, texture, or appearance. These differences are normal and do not diminish the product experience.

Are the scented products heavily fragranced?
Our scented collections are designed to create a luxurious, noticeable fragrance experience. Fragrance perception varies, so those who prefer little to no scent should select Bare Royalty™.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are displayed securely during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
When will my card be charged?
Your selected payment method is charged when the order is completed. For preorders, payment may be collected at the time the preorder is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Contact the Royal Court immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to redirect or replace it.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the designated field during checkout. Promotion eligibility, expiration dates, minimum purchases, and code-combination rules may vary.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please review it carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
Do you offer preorders?
Select products or collections may be available for preorder. The estimated fulfillment window will be displayed on the product page before purchase.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery location.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Forever Crowned currently ship?
Forever Crowned currently ships within the United States. International shipping may be introduced as the brand grows.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping is estimated to take approximately five to seven business days after the order leaves our studio. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Each order is prepared with care. Current processing estimates will be displayed during launches, preorders, and high-volume periods. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Qualifying U.S. orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $100 or more receive complimentary standard shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display movement after the carrier receives the package.
What should I do if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my package?
Check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and allow an additional business day in case the carrier marked it delivered early. You may also contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
What happens if my package is returned to Forever Crowned?
Packages may be returned because of an incomplete address, delivery refusal, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts. Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Will warm weather affect my products?
Whipped and oil-based products may soften during warm-weather transit. Place the closed container upright in a cool area and allow it to return to its normal consistency before opening. Temporary softening does not necessarily affect product performance.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an opened or used product?
Because Forever Crowned products are personal-care items, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Can I return an unopened product?
An unopened and unused product may be eligible for return under the conditions and time frame stated in our official Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. When a return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred product.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box. Keep all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Contact the Royal Court with your order number and a photograph of the item received. We will review the order and provide the appropriate next steps.
Are softened or melted whipped products eligible for a refund?
Whipped products may temporarily soften, settle, or lose some of their whipped volume during warm-weather transit. If the container is sealed and intact, allow it to cool before assessing the product. Contact us with photographs if you believe the item was damaged or compromised.
How long do approved refunds take?
Once approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional business days to post the credit.

How should I store my Forever Crowned products?
Store products tightly closed in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Avoid leaving them inside a hot vehicle.
How long do the products remain fresh?
Refer to the product label for the recommended period of use. Product freshness depends on proper storage and hygienic handling.
How can I prevent water from entering the jars?
Use clean, dry hands or a clean cosmetic spatula. Do not allow shower water to collect inside the container, as excess water may affect the product’s quality.
Should I perform a patch test?
Yes, especially when trying a new product or fragrance. Apply a small amount to a discreet area and observe the skin before using the product more broadly.
Can I use the products on my face?
Forever Crowned products are formulated for external body use unless the label specifically states otherwise. Avoid the face, eyes, intimate areas, and broken or irritated skin.
What should I do if irritation occurs?
Stop using the product and rinse the area thoroughly. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if irritation persists or becomes severe.
Are the products edible?
No. Although the textures and fragrance names may sound delicious, all Forever Crowned products are for external use only. Keep them away from children and pets.

Can the body polish make the shower slippery?
